1. Digital Nature of Services

DayStalkers provides digital research tools, memberships, and informational services. Once digital access is granted, services are considered delivered.

2. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, digital services are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Billing errors will be corrected upon verification.

3. Subscription Terms

If subscriptions are introduced, they may auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. Users are responsible for managing cancellations.

4. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Their terms apply to payment handling.
